Nismo Sports Resetting ECU - GT-R Flashdance

NISMO announced a reprogrammed engine control and transmission control module kit for Nissan’s exceptional GT-R. The “Sports Resetting” package is designed to deliver more low-end torque and improve shift times.

NISMO doesn’t list any specific performance data for the package, but it does say the “Sports Resetting” will enable “sporty and safe stress-free driving at any racetrack or enclosed space.” This seems like an answer to the many launch control warranty issues that has followed the car like a gray storm cloud.

While installed, the cars are covered under a special NISMO warranty, and when the kit is removed, the original Nissan warranty resumes if the cars are within the time and mileage limits. The kit will be available for both the GT-R and GT-R Spec V, but will only be available in Japan—at this point.

Forged Performance : AMS Turbo Upgrade GT-R Tuning :596 whp

Kris over at GT-R Blog posted a link to this video of a R35 Nissan GT-R tuned by Forged Performance. 596 wheel horsepower at 18 psi of boost on 91 octane fuel.
